What exactly counts as a call for billing purposes, a reservation call versus a hang-up?

A billed call is any call Voksha answers and handles, whether it's a full reservation booking, a takeout order, a quick question about hours, or a caller who hangs up after getting an answer. Robocalls, spam, and calls that don't connect (busy signal, no answer needed because it forwarded elsewhere) generally aren't what you're paying per-call overage on, since Voksha is only billing for calls it actually engaged with.

This matters for restaurants because your call mix is unusually varied compared to, say, a law office. In one night you might get a reservation request, three people asking if you take walk-ins, someone confirming whether you're open on a holiday, a supplier asking about a delivery, and an actual takeout order.
