Voksha is an AI receptionist that answers your restaurant phone so hosts and servers do not have to leave guests to pick it up. Once Voksha support has connected Toast, Voksha checks the availability it can see in Toast for reservation requests, answers questions about your menu, hours and specials from the details you give it, and captures takeout, catering and event requests. Every call ends with a summary sent to your team, and urgent calls can be transferred to a person.

Phone Reservation Booking
Callers ask for a table for a date, time and party size. Voksha checks the availability it can see in Toast and books the table, or takes the request for your host to confirm.
Waitlist Requests
When you are full, Voksha takes the caller's name, party size and phone number and passes them to your host for the waitlist, so nobody is turned away without a next step.
Menu & Specials Questions
Voksha answers questions about dishes, daily specials and allergens using the menu details you give it. Update those details when the menu changes and Voksha uses the new version.
Takeout Order Questions
Guests calling about a takeout or pickup order are asked for their name and order details. Voksha passes the question to the kitchen in the call summary, or transfers the call if you prefer.
Event & Party Requests
Voksha collects the details for private dining, large parties and catering (date, headcount, dietary needs) and sends them to your events manager to follow up.
