Yes. Voksha reads your Google Calendar working hours settings and any appointment slot configurations. It will only offer times that fall within your defined working hours and respect minimum appointment durations.
Voksha performs a fresh availability check immediately before creating each event. If two callers are being handled simultaneously and choose the same slot, the second booking is caught by a conflict check and the caller is offered the next available time.
