Voksha answers your phone and posts a short summary of each call to Slack, so you and your team know who called and what they need without opening another app.
What is an AI receptionist with Slack?
Once Voksha support has connected your Slack workspace, Voksha sends the call summary to the Slack channel you choose after each call it answers. The summary covers who called, their contact details, why they called and anything Voksha booked or promised to pass on. Calls you have marked as urgent can go to a separate channel so the right person sees them first. Your team can read call activity and decide who follows up without leaving Slack.

Call Summary in Your Channel
After each call, Voksha posts a summary to the Slack channel you picked, with the caller's name and number, the reason for the call and any appointment booked on Premium.
Urgent Call Alerts
When a caller describes something you have told Voksha counts as urgent, such as a burst pipe or a same-day problem, the summary goes to an urgent channel so someone on your team can act on it.
Separate Channels for Different Calls
New enquiries can go to one channel and calls from existing customers to another, so each person on your team sees the calls that matter to them.
Call-Back Requests Passed to Your Team
When a caller asks for a particular person to ring them back, Voksha includes the request, the caller's details and the time that suits them in the Slack summary, so your team can call them back.
