When someone calls to book an appointment, Voksha answers the phone, asks the questions you set (service type, preferred date and time, contact info), checks your calendar for open times, and confirms the booking on the call. Booking is part of the Premium and Enterprise plans; on Starter, Voksha captures the request and the caller's details for your team.
Yes. Voksha can handle multiple service types with different durations, specific staff/room requirements, buffer times between appointments, and special scheduling rules. You configure these rules once during setup.
On Premium, Voksha books directly into Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and iCloud Calendar, which you connect yourself from the dashboard. You connect one of them per agent, and the appointment is written to that calendar as a normal event. Other scheduling tools are set up with Voksha support.
