What is an AI receptionist with Zoom?
Once Voksha support has connected Zoom, Voksha can book callers who want a video consultation into an open time it can see on your calendar, and send the call summary to you by email or to a Zoom Team Chat channel. The caller gets the meeting details through the invite from your calendar or Zoom, not by text from Voksha. If you use Zoom Phone, Voksha can also transfer an urgent call to a person on your team.

When a caller wants a consultation, Voksha checks the open times it can see, offers them and books the one the caller picks, so the caller hangs up with a time agreed.
Call Summary to Zoom Team Chat
After each call, Voksha sends a summary to the Zoom Team Chat channel you chose, with the caller's details, what they need and any consultation booked.
Your Notes Before the Meeting
Because the call summary records why the person called and the answers they gave to your questions, you can read it before the consultation and walk in prepared.
Transfer to Zoom Phone
If you use Zoom Phone, Voksha can transfer urgent calls to a Zoom Phone extension so the caller reaches a person when they need one.
