Yes, on Premium. With custom call flows and after-hours emergency routing, Voksha can send calls to the right person based on what the caller needs and how urgent it is. On Starter, it takes a message and alerts you.
Can Voksha book appointments into my calendar?
Yes, on Premium and Enterprise. Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Apple iCloud (or Mindbody, Square Appointments or Booker) from your dashboard and Voksha books during the call. Starter takes a message instead.
How does after-hours call answering work?
Voksha answers calls 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays. It follows your after-hours instructions, takes messages, and on Premium sends emergencies to you and books appointments.
What languages does Voksha support?
English on Starter; on Premium, English plus a second language of your choice, such as Spanish, Korean or Chinese; and more on Enterprise.
