Voksha sounds natural and professional, and you choose how it introduces itself. You can tell callers up front that they are speaking with an AI assistant, and Voksha answers honestly if asked.
What happens if the AI cannot answer a question?
Voksha recognizes its limits. For questions it cannot handle, it captures the caller's details and question, takes a message, and sends it to you right away by email and SMS.
