Voksha is an AI receptionist for pizza shops, cafes and full-service restaurants that use Clover. Once Voksha support has connected Clover, Voksha can refer to the details it can see there while answering menu, pricing and hours questions from the information you give it. It writes down takeout orders, takes reservation and catering requests, and sends a summary of every call to your team.
Plans and setup: Integrations are included on the Premium and Enterprise plans (not Starter). Clover is set up with Voksha support.

Menu & Specials Questions
Voksha answers detailed questions about dishes, sizes, toppings and prices from the menu details you give it.
Takeout Order Capture
Callers ordering for pickup have their items, sizes and toppings read back to them, and the order is sent to your team to ring up in Clover.
Event & Party Requests
Voksha collects event details (date, headcount, budget, dietary needs) and sends them to your events or catering contact to follow up.

On Premium, Voksha takes the order and your team handles payment at pickup as usual. On the Enterprise plan, Voksha can also take payments over the phone.
Integrations, including Clover, are available on Premium ($99/month, 150 calls included) and Enterprise. Starter ($14/month) answers every call, captures the caller's details and sends you a call summary, but it does not connect to Clover.
