When you set up your account, you program in your standard rates for lockout service, re-keying, safe opening, and any other core services you offer, along with any trip charges or after-hours premiums you apply. From that point forward, every call where a caller asks the classic price-shopping question, how much to get me back into my house, gets an immediate, specific answer instead of a vague we will call you back or a dead-air pause that sends the caller to the next locksmith on Google. This is one of the highest-leverage features for locksmiths specifically, because the pain point of a caller asking for a price and hanging up without booking is common in this trade, and Voksha is built to capture the caller's name, number, and job details even on that price-shopping call, so you have a lead to follow up with even if they do not book on the spot. There is no separate charge for using this capability, it is part of what the monthly plan fee covers regardless of whether you are on Starter, Premium, or Enterprise. The only cost that scales is the per-call rate on your plan (included calls, then $1 per call beyond that), which applies the same way whether the call ends in an instant quote, a booked appointment, or a caller who ultimately does not proceed. Rate updates, such as seasonal pricing changes or a new service line like key fob programming, are also included and typically take a few minutes to update in your account settings.
