- Human plan overage is $8.50 to $11.50 per call, so a busy month on a small plan can cost more than the next plan up.
- On the AI plans, every answered call counts toward your quota by default, whatever its length. Calls from known spam numbers are filtered out and not counted, and Smith.ai gives an allowance to remove up to 10% of calls from each bill.
- On human plans, spam and wrong numbers do not count if the forwarded lines pass caller ID.
- The 10% human-plan discount requires a 12-month subscription; AI Receptionist is month to month.
