Voksha works with the Microsoft 365 tools your business already uses. You connect your Outlook calendar yourself from the Voksha dashboard, and Voksha checks your free time and books callers into open slots. Call summaries are emailed to your Outlook inbox after each call. Anything beyond the calendar, such as a call log in Excel or notices in Microsoft Teams, is set up with Voksha support. Calendar booking and integrations are available on Premium and Enterprise.
