Voksha works with the Google tools your business already uses. You can connect Google Calendar yourself from the Voksha dashboard so Voksha checks your free time and books appointments. Call summaries are emailed to your Gmail address after each call. If you want calls logged in Google Sheets, Voksha support sets that up for you, and Voksha then adds a row for each call. Calendar booking and integrations are available on Premium and Enterprise.

After every call, Voksha emails a summary to your Gmail address with the caller's name, number, reason for calling and what they asked for, so you can follow up.
Call Log in Google Sheets
Once Voksha support has connected your Google Sheets, Voksha adds a row for each call with the caller's details and the call summary.
Urgent Calls Flagged
Urgent calls can be transferred to your team, and you get an email or SMS alert so nothing waits until the next morning.
