Phone Callers Added to Your Brevo Contacts
Voksha answers your calls, captures each caller's details and adds the ones who want to hear from you to Brevo, ready for your own campaigns.
What is an AI receptionist with Brevo?
Once Voksha support has connected Brevo, Voksha can add callers who agree to hear from you to the Brevo list you choose, with their name, contact details and the reason they called. Whatever you have set up in Brevo, such as a welcome email, then runs from Brevo as usual. Voksha answers the call, asks your questions, captures the details and sends you a call summary; it does not send campaigns, emails or texts to callers through Brevo. Integrations are available on Premium and Enterprise.
Plans and setup: Integrations are included on the Premium and Enterprise plans (not Starter). Brevo is set up with Voksha support.
How It Works
Voksha + Brevo Together.
What happens on a call once Brevo is connected (Premium and Enterprise plans).
Callers Added to Your Brevo List
Callers who agree to hear from you are added to the Brevo list you picked, with the details Voksha captured on the call.
Your Questions, Asked Every Time
Voksha asks the questions you set, such as which service the caller is interested in, so each new contact comes with useful context.
Your Brevo Automations Take Over
Once the caller is in Brevo, any automation you have built there runs as it would for any new contact. Brevo sends those messages, not Voksha.
Call Summary to You
You get a summary of every call, so you can see who called, what they needed and whether they joined your list.
Benefits of Voksha + Brevo.
Grow Your List From Phone Calls
Callers who want to hear from you join your Brevo contacts instead of the conversation ending when they hang up.
No Typing Details In Later
Voksha adds the caller for you, so nobody has to copy names and email addresses from voicemail or scraps of paper.
Keeps Your Existing Brevo Setup
Your lists, templates and automations in Brevo stay exactly as they are. Voksha just adds new contacts from calls.
Consent Asked on Every Call
Voksha asks the same consent question each time and keeps the answer in the call record, so you know who agreed to hear from you.
Real-World Use Cases.
A Small Online Store
An online store has Voksha answer calls about orders and returns. Callers who want to hear about new products are added to the store's Brevo list, and anything needing a personal reply goes to the owner in the call summary.
A Landscaping Company
A landscaping business has Voksha take quote request calls and capture the project details. The owner gets the summary to prepare a quote, and callers who want seasonal tips are added to its Brevo list.
A Neighbourhood Fitness Studio
A fitness studio adds callers who ask about memberships, and agree to updates, to its Brevo list, so they receive the studio's newsletter about new classes.
Integrations, including Brevo, are available on Premium ($99/month, 150 calls included) and Enterprise, and Voksha support connects Brevo for you. Starter does not include integrations; it answers your calls, captures the caller's details and sends you a call summary.
No. Voksha adds the caller to your Brevo list. Any emails or messages they receive afterwards come from campaigns or automations you have set up in Brevo.
Voksha can ask callers whether they would like to hear from you as part of your call script. Only callers who agree are added to your Brevo list, and their answer is kept in the call record.
Yes. Sendinblue renamed itself Brevo in 2023. Whether your account still says Sendinblue or Brevo, Voksha support can connect it.
