What is an AI receptionist with ActiveCampaign?
Once Voksha support has connected ActiveCampaign, Voksha can add callers who agree to hear from you to the ActiveCampaign list you choose, with their name, contact details and the reason they called. Anything you have set up in ActiveCampaign, such as a welcome email, then runs from ActiveCampaign as usual. Voksha itself answers the call, asks your questions, captures the details and sends you a call summary; it does not send campaigns or texts to callers. Integrations are available on Premium and Enterprise.
