The call link
The link in your notifications that opens your calls without a login, and who you should send it to.
Every SMS and email notification contains a link. It opens your calls in a browser with no login needed.
Where it comes from
You do not create it. Voksha makes one link for each agent, the first time that agent sends you a notification, and reuses it after that.
There is no share button in the dashboard.
What the link opens
| Link | Opens |
|---|---|
| The link in an email about one call | That call: its summary, transcript and recording |
| The link in an SMS | The agent's call list |
The link is not limited to one call. From any of these pages the reader can reach the other recent calls for that agent. There is one link per agent, not one per call.
Treat the link as a password
Anyone who has the link can open your calls. That is what lets it work without a login. So:
- Send it to a person, not to a group chat or a public channel
- Remember a recording can contain a customer's name, number and reason for calling
- Do not paste it into a ticket your customers can read
- Do not forward a call notification to someone you would not give your call list to
If a link reaches somewhere it should not, tell support so it can be dealt with.
For someone who needs calls regularly
Do not forward links. Add them to the agent as a member instead. They get every call in the dashboard, and you can remove them in one click when they leave.
See Team.
