Appointments
Every appointment your agent made, what the statuses mean, and how to cancel one.
What your agent booked, upcoming first.
Where to find it

What is in the list, and what is not
Everything here was made by Voksha. An appointment you or your staff created directly in your own calendar or booking system does not appear, and never will.
That is deliberate. This is a record of what your phone agent did, not a second copy of your diary. Your diary is already the truth, and keeping a partial mirror of it here would only give you two lists that disagree.
Statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Booked | Made and confirmed in your system. It is real |
| Awaiting your confirmation | The agent took the details but the platform would not complete the booking. Nobody has this slot yet, and somebody needs to ring the caller back |
| Cancelled | Cancelled, either by you here or by somebody in your own system |
The middle one matters. It exists because a caller was told your team would confirm, and that promise needs to be visible to somebody who can keep it.
It refreshes when you open it
Each time you open the page, Voksha asks your platform what it currently holds and corrects anything that moved. An appointment your staff moved in Mindbody shows its new time here.
One thing it will never do is invent a cancellation. If the platform says nothing about an appointment, Voksha leaves it alone rather than assuming it is gone. A cancellation shown late costs you one confusing row. A cancellation invented loses you a customer who was never told not to come.
Cancelling
Use Cancel on the appointment. Voksha cancels it in your own system first, then marks the row here, in that order, so you never end up with our copy saying cancelled while the platform still expects the customer.
Cancelling needs the configure right: owners and managers can, members cannot, because cancelling changes somebody else's day. See Team.
Booker cannot be cancelled from here yet, and your agent never cancels by phone on any connector. Cancelling on the phone means trusting a caller who sounds confident about which appointment is theirs.
