One connector per agent
Why an agent uses exactly one diary, and what happens when you connect a second.
An agent can have one connector at a time. Connect a second and the first is disconnected for you.

Why
Because there is no answer to "which one" that a caller could hear.
An agent with both Mindbody and a Google Calendar connected has two diaries and no rule for choosing between them. The caller gets booked into whichever one the software reached first, and the business finds the appointment in the wrong system, usually after somebody has not turned up.
Rather than leave that to chance, Voksha makes it a rule you can see: one agent, one diary.
What happens when you connect another
- The new connector is saved and verified
- The others are disconnected, calendars included
- Each displaced one records why: "Disconnected when Square Appointments was connected. An agent can use one connector at a time."
- Your live agent is republished, so the next call uses the new diary
The connectors page tells you before you click, naming what the agent is currently booking through.
Nothing is deleted
Disconnecting only changes the status. Your stored credentials stay, so switching back is one click, and "when did this stop working" remains answerable months later.
If you genuinely need two diaries
Create a second agent. Each agent has its own connector, its own number and its own plan, which is how businesses run one line per location.
