Setting Up Your AI Voice Agent with Voksha
Voksha is designed to make it easy for business owners to get started with voice automation. Here’s how to set up your account and onboard your first AI agent. Visit Voksha to explore our plans. Choose your preferred plan and complete the checkout process. An email invite will then be sent, prompting you to set your password and log in to your Voksha account.

Once your account is active, it’s time to set up your first AI agent. In Voksha, there are two main ways to deploy your agent depending on your goals:
- Inbound Agents: Handle incoming calls, book appointments, qualify leads, or provide customer service. Learn more about creating an Inbound Agent.
- Outbound Projects: Run outbound call campaigns where your agent reaches out to a contact list for follow-ups, sales, reminders, or surveys. Check out Projects and scenarios.
Configuring Inbound Agents
From your Voksha Dashboard, in the Home screen, click "Add New Agent". Configure the agent’s core details:
- Agent name
- Role
- Language
- Ethnicity
- Voice
Define the call logic and goals, including how the agent should answer calls, qualify leads, and handle different outcomes (e.g., bookings, transfers, voicemails). Connect your calendar (if offering booking services) to allow the agent to schedule appointments automatically. Optionally, configure fallback behavior like voicemail handling or live call transfers.
Creating Outbound Projects
In the Voksha home screen, navigate to Projects and click "New Project". Select the Scenario Template that defines the conversational flow for the project (e.g., lead qualification, appointment reminders, review requests). Upload your contact list (CSV or CRM-integrated), or select contacts from your connected CRM. Configure project details:
- Project name and description
- Assigned AI agent (voice and persona)
- Campaign start time and duration
- Voicemail preferences (optional)
Review the project configuration and launch the campaign when ready.
Agent Guidelines for Enhanced Control
Voksha introduces a new Agent Guidelines field, allowing you to add quick notes across outbound project scenarios. This provides agents with context-specific instructions, tips, or reminders to guide their conversations effectively. Agent Guidelines offer powerful customization at your fingertips, ensuring every call aligns with your expectations.
Inbound Call Transfer Hours
With Call Transfer Hours, you can now set business hours for when agents are allowed to transfer calls to you or your team. Outside these hours, agents can automatically take a message or send an email instead. Plus, you can set up multiple transfer rules with priority order, making your call routing smarter and more flexible than ever.

Calendar Health Check
The new Calendar Health Check feature keeps an eye on your availability and flags issues before they affect your scheduling. That means fewer missed meetings and a smoother booking experience for your clients. Stay on top of your schedule with Voksha's Calendar Health Check.
Expand Your Agents’ Knowledge
With this update, you can upgrade plans to unlock more Knowledge Packs, purchase packs individually, and reassign unused packs across sub-accounts. This gives you the freedom to grow and tailor your agents’ knowledge base as your needs evolve. Enhance your agent's capabilities with Voksha's Knowledge Packs.
