# Choose a plan

Source: https://voksha.com/docs/getting-started/choose-a-plan/

> Plans are per agent, priced per answered call, and what happens when you go over.

You buy one plan **for each agent**, not one for your account. Two agents means two plans, because each one answers its own number.

## How pricing works

| Word | What it means |
|---|---|
| **Included calls** | The answered calls your flat monthly price covers |
| **Answered call** | A call your agent picked up. Missed and failed calls do not count |
| **Overage** | Each answered call above the included number, at your plan's per-call price |

Nothing stops working when you go over. The agent keeps answering, and the extra calls show on your invoice.

---

## Alerts before the bill

Voksha tells you when you reach **75%, 90% and 100%** of your included calls. So you hear about a busy month while it is happening, not after.

---

## Your two free test calls

Every new agent gets **two free browser test calls** before you buy any plan. They are counted per agent, not per account. After you use them, the playground asks you to choose a plan.

---

## Changing plan

**Dashboard → Billing and plans**, at any time.

| Role | Can change the plan |
|---|---|
| Owner | Yes |
| Manager | No. Can see usage |
| Member | No |

---

## What is on the invoice

- The monthly price, one line for each agent
- Overage, if you had any, as a count of extra answered calls

[Billing](https://voksha.com/docs/account/billing/) shows you the same numbers for each agent before the invoice arrives.
